Congrats on vlog number #500 from the days to small stakes to mid level games to high stakes and binking bracelet ring and major tournaments your blogs have inspired me congrats 🎉 Ethan aka rampage we are proud of you !!! Can’t wait for the next one take care 😊
your literally the reason of my succes recently and i’ve learned so much from you but i don’t know how you don’t call with your 9- high flush, u gotta think he’s repping the straight, overpair, or trips, have confidence in your hand! love you man keep up the great content.
Friendly advice. You need to take a week off. Your play has changed, it looks like winners tilt. Come back and play stakes where you are very well rolled 100bi+. Hope this helps.
@@ericmcgrouther7368 Your thinking is an example of the thought process people have who go broke on repeat. He is under rolled even with that win of 900k. And E can understand that, and apply this to any time he loses next like this.
@@Aman_2020_ I’m just saying his play in this video is from 2 months ago so telling him to take a week off because you see bad play in this video is irrelevant now. Plus he’s doing a challenge to make a video every day in December so his revenue from that will make up for his bad play
No bro. His play hasn’t changed lol. This is how he always plays but minus the luckboxing on hands he should never win. Ty for the content Ethan! You are Uber fun to watch 🤗
You know, occasionally I think you only post the good videos but then I see this and see a session that we all have from time to time. Good to see both sides of the fence
I was just reviewing Jonathan’s Little cash game masterclass on the river today. If you bet large and are raised fold. If you bet small on this kind of runout and are raised you have to call more. Small bets induce random raises.
Thank you RAMPAGE! For actually posting genuine videos of NOT winning. Some individuals only post their “winners”. It’s good to actually see authentic posts! Go RAMPAGE!
Thank you Rampage!!! I played in a tournament and completely mis-read my opponents hand and folded pocket Aces. Glad to see I'm not the only one who can do that. I thought my opponent had the nut straight on the Flop.
Congratulations winning the $25,000 Buy in at the Wynn Wpt!! Great comeback from low chips to be the Chip leader at the final table!! Love your vlogs and thx for keeping it real!! You’re always authentic and showing us the low’s and the high’s SunRun in Poker!! Hope to meet up and play poker sometime!! Good luck and thank you for the vlogs!! Happy Holidays!!!
Tough session Ethan. I don’t know about that fold with the small flush. Opponent could’ve also had a straight as well that he was value raising and folding to another raise.
I think I would have been tempted to call the flush. When working with low flushes I tend to try to control the size of the pot. You can adopt a check-call strategy only continuing if the percentages make sense. Else why play 98s if you are not going to call when you make a flush?
Question to the board--when you buy in to a game like this, are you bringing 30k cash to the table or do you pre-wire money to the cage and then get chips to take to the table or something else?
You always keep me up the edge of my seat! I love how you play this wild game, especially when your long-term friends size up with you like Zach your A8
You have a very small range of hands and then you do insane all ins with strong "premium" hands, nice way of playing, I will try doing some of that, I need to fold more, I love Daniel Negreanu and he has a huge range, he calls a lot, this is a good way to play as well but sometimes you get really hurt playing loose.
Gotta hate the loss. Look at it like you got your run good in the tournament and the hustler live and keep pushing! You will make 100 times what you loss.
You always deliver a true master class in the game of Texas Holdem. Win or lose there is always something to learn from you in all your games. Thank's for all the knowledge you share with us.
I think you may want to relook at the QQ v TT hand, there is nothing that calls you that you beat. Maybe. JJ but that’s pretty much the only hand. Seemed like mega tilt was the reason for the all in shove
Folding the flush was your dynamic for the rest of the game. Everyone tuned in on you and that was it. Next time, don't fold...even if you lose you show spine and backbone...not chicken feathers. Cluck cluck...ha! Happens to everyone.
Bro the 9 high flush fold was insane 😭 I’d only fold on a 4 club board there. You bet out 2400 with air in a previous hand why not call in a hand with more ev
I think your river bluff with A8h against your friend may have been better to bet 75% pot. It looks more like value and accomplishes folding out middle pairs possibly just the same. Saves you money when called.
Probably too late, but bro are you the runner? How do you feel about rabbit hunting? You’re just always traveling and I know it’s probably too late and I might never see you in person too. Either way love the content bro , keep it up!!
Thanks for sharing a bad day too. On the quad 10s, why did you go all in when he checked after the river? If he has nothing he's going to fold giving you the hand, if you check, you'll get the same amount winning the hand if he would have folded. But if he has a good hand, he will call and you'll lose your last bet. There's no beneficial scenario to going all in there in my opinion.
