@@dudersification LMAO as a rapper myself, i tried to Rap on it and it wasn't difficult to flow on beat, using a fast flow. Playing Quake 64 on PC right now thanks to the remaster "Quake 64 Add On", I still prefer the Trent Reznor OST but still love the 64 one. Good think I always played both.
@𝕱𝖑𝖚𝖋𝖋𝖆𝖑𝖔 1҉7҉ 🪓🐇ᵂᴴᴼᴼᴾˣ² Yeah, this definitely would be an excellent choice for a Horrorcore / Acid Rap style sample. The lyrics to Chicken Huntin' actually lay into this beat pretty good now that you mention it.
I dont know why, as a 5 yr old, I felt the urge to play this game at night or when it was a really shity rainy dark day. 666/10 Nightmare fuel right here, folks.
+nope. ash You played this at age 5? This game still scares me at age 27! I couldn't handle playing anything like Quake 2 or DOOM until I was about 12.
I love these kinda Games - you - in isolation, in Alien Dimensions or Abandoned Hell Holes, against hordes of Eldritch Monsters - with a chilling Soundtrack.
I wish the rest of the games soundtrack was as good as this song and the level complete. The atmospheric stuff in the rest of the game pales in comparison.
Yes very badass I remember back in the day I used to play this game alot old school Manu theme song sounds very heavy da beat tho I love it alot also my friends remember that ☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️☠️💀☠️💀☠️🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 🎮
Wait... did aubrey hodges make this theme or was it NIN. I know Aubrey Hodges did the ambience for the console ports of this game (pretty much any game by midway released on N64) but did he make this theme?
paperdispens3r I remember reading an interview with Aubrey about doing the music the the N64 version, and how Midway held the rights to the music. Sadly the interview links on his website are dead now.
NIN did not do any of the music for this port. This port was all Hodges. The original NIN (Trent Reznor) soundtrack from the PC Quake and the Saturn port was not carried over to the N64. This is a huge dig on the 64 port imo, as you can't beat the original Nails soundtrack!
