That "Into gemstones in a geology way and not a magic way" post is basically the character Lydia in my book series "Exodimensional Hoofbun Flopsy". She liked gemstones and geology, but couldn't stand the magic type of people. So she had a tendency to drive them off, which isn't great when you're trying to run a gemstone store. Unfortunately for her, she's in a universe where magic actually DOES exist. Fortunately for her, the strange girl she hired as a favor to a friend is actually the local cryptid/superhero known as "The Superbunny", who came from a parallel world where magic is common. So she's able to talk to the "crystal vibration magic hippies", as Lydia calls them. And unfortunately for them, they're completely wrong about how magic actually works. Fortunately, Flopsy is good at smiling and nodding, as well as picking out which gemstones can actually be used for actual magic! I sent this to a few people, with the caption "Found Lydia's Twitter account", and only one of them responded with "Is Lydia queer?" To which I responded "...Maybe? Honestly, probably? At LEAST bi."
