Today's news is Foxconn will invest Rs 13500/ crs at Bengaluru over next 5 years for chips mfg. The question is why is Bengal losing out on any major investment? 100 200 crs is fine what Bengal needs is 5000 10000/ crs investments. Can Amit Mitra be pulled out of retirement? Can Purnendu act as an advisor to Bengal govt ? Bengal also need young blood to project the state as an attractive destination . One name which comes to my mind is Abhishek Banerjee, the prince of Bengal who is a business management professional and has all the leadership qualities, good speaker proficient in English Bengali, Hindi .How abot him ?
No both the company in gujrat and bangaluru are doing their work very slowly as Intex already bought the ISSM and other partner from Europe is not going to be part of the fixcon deal . So most probably both is going to be delayed .
