Newtown এর বয়েস 15 বছর এর মতো। অনেক নতুন জিনিস দেখলাম । তবে পরের 5 থেকে 10 বছরের মধ্যে এই নিউ টাউন অনেক বেশি বিশেষ হয়ে উঠবে যখন শহড়ের বুক দিয়ে মেট্রো ছুটবে নতুন নতুন office আর banking sector এ প্রচুর কর্ম সংস্থান হবে । শহড় আরো উন্নত এবং ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে বড়ো হয়ে উঠবে।।

The people who are compalining, needs to understand that Bengal has a lot of negativity from a long time. We are not even aware of any positive things that is happening in our state, and thats why we have this negativity. Thats why when we talk to people of other states, we propagate this negativity. So everyone thinks that this state has nothing. But this needs to change, I dont care about which party is in power, but we need to save our state, and create a positive mindset. This is something I like about BJP, that all other parties should learn. For example, by statistics UP is one of the worst states of India, but because BJP has created a positive image and a hype about infrastructure growth in UP, everyone thinks UP must be a great place to invest. I really think we can adopt a similar approach, and create positivity. Because the media in bengal only shows negative things, and never show cases any achievements of the state. So if we dont like a particular party, we can vote for alternatives at the time of election, but lets not create a negative image of the state all the time. THANK YOU Rohit for creating these videos, and I encourge you to keep doing it. I love my state, and our state needs a positive image.

Foreign banks are going to Gift city, in Gujarat.. its a good thing that these banks are setting up officr but need to see what kine of work and employment is being generated... Also I think instead of focusing on manufacturing , jeta state a nei prai , if at all industrial developement chai Bengal then they should interact with robotics and AI firms all over the world. দাদা ধন্যবাদ আমার প্রশ্নটা স্যারকে জানানোর জন্য। আবার যদি স্যারের সাথে দেখা হয় তাহলে বলবেন মোনোরেলের ওপরই ফোকাস করতে যদি সম্ভব হয়🙏। এলআরটি কলকাতার অন্য জায়গায় হওয়ারও সম্ভাবনা আছে কিন্তু মোনোরেল কলকাতার অন্য জায়গায় হওয়া সম্ভাবনা কম।মোনোরেলটা যদি কোনোভাবে নিউটাউনে হয়ে যায় আর কলকাতার অন্য জায়গায় যদি এলআরটি হয়ে যায় তাহলে কলকাতাই হবে ভারত এবং দক্ষিন-পূর্ব এশিয়ার একমাত্র জায়গা যেখানে মেট্রোরেল, ট্রাম,মোনোরেল,এলআরটি সব একসাথে চলবে😊

One small enquiry. When will IT park come up in Ruby, Garia, Sealdah, Esplanade, Gariahat etc. I guess other parts of Kolkata should get IT hubs too, just like Bangalore and Hyderabad
