Queen - A Kind Of Magic (memorized) 

This is my second and final recording of Queen's A Kind of Magic, and this time I'm working from memory, no sheet music or song chart. I'm pleased with how this one turned out. I probably hit the crash more than Roger Taylor did in the original, but one can never have too many crashes in a Queen tune, right? 😁 This is my first time using REAPER as my digital audio workstation instead of GarageBand and I'm very satisfied with the way the drum samples sound in the finished audio. I'm also happy with the way the mix with the backing track came out. Finally, I'm really loving how the samples sound in my headset when I'm playing live. Barring something coming up during the evaluation period, I will very likely be purchasing and making REAPER my go to DAW. #drumcover #drums #queen
