The 'Fab Four' and other members of the royal family join in singing 'The Lord's My Shepherd' hymn at Queen Elizabeth's funeral. Exclusives from #EntertainmentTonight • NEW From Entertainment...
1. The Lord’s my shepherd, I’ll not want. He makes me down to lie In pastures green; He leadeth me The quiet waters by. 2. My soul He doth restore again; And me to walk doth make Within the paths of righteousness, Even for His own Name’s sake. 3. Yea, though I walk in death’s dark vale, Yet will I fear no ill; For Thou art with me; and Thy rod And staff my comfort still. 4. My table Thou hast furnishèd In presence of my foes; My head Thou dost with oil anoint, And my cup overflows. 5. Goodness and mercy all my life Shall surely follow me; And in God’s house forevermore My dwelling place shall be.
This is a beautiful service dedicated to our beloved Queen Elizabeth; not about the seating arrangement. The family have come together for this event. There is no 'Fab Four' The Beatles were the only ones to be called by this name and they disbanded many years ago.
“The Lord’s My Shepherd” is certainly the perfect and most appropriate hymn to be sung at the funeral of one of the world’s best loved and respected persons, Queen Elizabeth 2. And the perfect hymn to say goodbye to the Queen, who served her country so well for 70 years.
@@kizzabaziliyo7041 I vow to thee my Country is my favourite, and thought it might have been included for the Queen. Maybe a bit controversial these days?
The children were absolutely beautiful, the way they sang like real adults and i am so proud their parents brought them up with so much respect to Gan Gan and the families.
they don’t really have any other choice, they’re in the royal family. if they do anything just slightly wrong the public will have a field day with them
You must be an American, because I see children their ages and younger every Sunday (all my life, As I did also as a child) do the very same thing in churches across the Bahamas and I dare say the Carribbean. Y’all are so easily impressed. Or maybe it’s because it’s who they are🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤷🏾♀️
@@natasharochelle3218 i am an american and kids sing in churches here too, but the public eye isn’t all over them so if they don’t no one’s really gonna care that much that “Billy’s son just sat there and didn’t sing “Just as I am” today in church”
Gosh ALWAYS SO moving wen I hear this choir and hymn combined! TRUE angelic voices that brings a beautiful smile on God's face!💓💓 AND THOSE descamt parts bring chills through my SOUL TRUE perfection!
CONGRATULATIONS to those that Directed the Service at the Abbey. The Camera work was phenomenal. It is absolutely Beautiful and fitting for Queen Elizabeth. By you, A JOB WELL DONE ! 🇺🇸
A true testimony to the whole world . A life well lived , a life committed to the service of others , diligent and obedient to her calling. A woman who was wise , beautiful , calm, cheerful ,smart , loving and at times funny. So much loved by almost all the people of this world. When we remember England or the UK we think of her. I believe it would be hard to have a successor as great as her but praying her successors live up to her example. 🙏 May her soul rest in eternal peace. ❤🕊 A truly befitting farewell to Her majesty. So well planned and organized. 🙌 Love from India. 🙏
I am sorry you don't know me I was browsing through my suggestion list when I came across your eye catching profile and thought of knowing more about you,I hope you are not mad?
This was beautifully executed. From the street parades,to the church services. History has been made. The most heartbreaking moments were:Princess Charlotte breaking down outside the Westminster Abbey after the service and King Charles placing Queen Elizabeth II’s Company Camp Colour of the Grenadier Guards Flag on the coffin 😢. Rest in eternal peace our dearest Queen.
Funeral Service for the Queen Elizabeth 11, was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Loved all the chosen hymns. Loved George and Charlotte’s presence. Everyone who was involved in the arrangements, proceedings and participated on the day , congratulations are in order, you all did a marvellous and wonderful job, there was nothing anyone could fault. The sun was shining, a perfect day for a send off fit for the perfect Queen. I watched from Australia on Sky, my late mum passed in June 2018 at age 92, European background and just loved the Queen. Love, prayers and blessings to the Queen’s family 🙏😇💖⭐️🌷

The Lord s my shepherd, I ll not want; He makes me lie in pastures green. He leads me by the still, still waters. His goodness restores my soul. And I will trust in YOU alone. And I will trust in YOU alone, for Your endless Mercy follows me, Your goodness will lead me home. He guides my ways in righteousness, and He anoints my head with oil. And my cup, it overflows with joy, I feast on His pure delights. And though I walk the darkest path, I will not fear the evil one! For YOU are with me and Your rod and staff are the comfort I need to know! AMEN! Another Bible version: The Lord s my Shepherd, I ll not want; He makes me down to lie In pastures green; He leadeth me The quiet waters by. My Soul He doth restore again, And me to walk doth make Within the paths of righteousness, E´en for His own name s sake. Yea, though I walk in death s dark vale, Yet will I fear no ill; For Thou art with me! And Thy rod And staff me comfort still! My table Thou hast furnished In presence of my foes! My head Thou dost with oil anoint, And my cup overflows. Goodness and Mercy all my life Shall surely follow me, And in God s house forevermore My dwelling-place shall be. AMEN!

she’s reunited with her husband, parents and sister, in glory for eternity 🥹🥲 no more suffering. it’s so sad she was battling painful cancer yet two days before her death she was seen smiling and welcoming a new prime minister. a dutiful queen to the end. what a legacy. i cried when she died. i didn’t expect to, but i wept 3 or 4 times over several days
Absolutely Beautiful everyone involved from the soldiers to royal family should be very proud sept for m and h young soldiers carring Queen Elizabeth should be so proud off themselves. 💂♂️🏴🇬🇧🤴💔🖤❤️💙🌹🌹🙏
She became queen at 26 and spent 70 years of her life in faithful, tireless service to her people. Volunteered during WWII and was universally respected even by people who weren’t monarchists. Let’s appreciate and celebrate a life well lived. She was all about public service, self restraint, dignity and duty. The adult has left the room. Rest In Peace, your majesty! ❤
People of loving service are rare in all walks of life. Leaders of loving service are still rare. In all cases, Those who serve will be loved and remembered when those who cling to power and privileges are long gone. Beautiful sermon by the archbishop of Canterbury
May all our COLONIES (Ireland + Scotland + Wales + Canada + Australia + New Zealand + South Africa + Malta + Cyprus + India + Singapore + Malaysia + Sri Lanka...) kneel down in this moment!🙏 🙏 May they continue understanding that without English guidance they are nothing !! God bless KING CHARLES III & the superior ENGLISH EMPIRE! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
i love how compose and elegant this family is, The Prince and Princess of Wales family are Twinnings..what they wear in this moment are matching..William and George wearing blue, Kate and Charlotte dress..
There's a home somewhere 😢 Far away in the west, upon the waters shall I cross the red sea 🌊 oh hold my hand and take me to that place of holy silence 🔕 oh earth's children sleepeth in sorrow of this present life needs ...
The descant sung by the sopranos on the second and last verse was first written for the Queen’s wedding to Prince Phillip in 1947. It is said the then Princess hummed the tune to the organist at the abbey over the telephone, as it had been ‘composed’ by one of her maids. Fitting to see it used at her funeral, it is performed too rarely now.
One of the most emotional moments at the funeral yesterday. Psalm 23 was just perfekt there and is something which unites all christian confessions. To get to know that it was one of the Queens favourite psalms really meant a lot to me.

Sehr schön. Feierlich und auch tröstlich. Eine wunderbare Abschiedsfeier in W.-Abbey. Die Königin war mein ganzes Leben lang immer da. Jetzt ist sie fort. Farewell and Goodby, Queen of the Brits and of the entire World.😥
