I worked in Moscow near the British embassy when she visited…..Twice myself and my Irish colleague ran out when we saw the entourage to wave as the only onlookers on the street……it was exciting…..

I have a great deal of respect and love for Queen Elizabeth She defined the meaning of a true Queen. 👑 A true Royal. 👑 She carried style, held class, was shy defined dignity and respect for all people . And yet served another King,👑 Jesus. She respected the Commonwealth, showed charity. Humbled herself. She showed strength til the end as she stood with cancer unable to walk. She showed endurance. She truly represented The Monarchy👑 and her father👑 who she dearly loved and honored for over 6 decades. I bow my head to her. None could be as great and yet so humble. ❤ A loving grandmother who William described as One who had a great deal of tolerance. She sacrificed her life for her Country.

Absolutely perfectly factually well said, all that you wrote. She knew her Redeemer lived - and we believers in King Lord Jesus will see her in Heaven ❤ MARANATHA

On the good side they have used native Russian speakers to voice presidend Boris Yeltsin and the first lady Naina Yeltsina. The voice and manner of the president are very well acted. Thanks for that! Also the spiritual song performed by the Russian choir is well chosen. But keep in mind it would not be used in a Russian Orthodox service. It is spiritual, but civil song.

Not lost at all, he is moved to tears to listen to orthodox chant he had no longer heard for decades ; he was born orthodox as a prince of Greece, and was obliged to leave orthodoxy to marry Elizabeth.

@@gavincampbell6595 I know that of course, let us say then that he is moved because he has not attended an orthodox liturgy for decades. And he also thinks of the persecutions the Christians endure in Russia at that time.

Gosh, why couldn't they just film in Moscow? Some streets are somewhat similar to the streets shown in the film, but some things are way off: the name of the bank is ridiculous, the church is quite off and most importantly: driving of the l e f t side of the road? 😨 Really???

Well, I do not know if it is intentional... but Russia under Yeltsin saw the worst in terms of sluggish economy and great poverty. It was not Yeltsin's fault entirely, of course.
