Cannot place into words how much seeing all of the events taking place for this Platinum Jubilee. I have never know anyone but the Queen in rulership, and this is the most spectacular historical event I have truly seen. Can see so many changes in the Queen since Prince Philip has passed and her walk is more faltering, and she has lost so much weight and I just do not think she is to be long physically with us. This upsets me and yet I also know she has lived a life that is full, rich and everything she would want to have done. But ll still need her here. This is sad, as we have always felt she would always be with us and I feel for the family. She has been the glue holding them together for so long. Her strength and insight has relied on more than any else. I am in the U.S. but even people here love the Queen and the whole family so much., Many of us really have historical ties as well to this family. All it took is one person to leave and come to America and the tie is broken and over the years we no longer are part of them in Britain. It has happened to many and we know it happened in this family. But our love stays strong and we wish her many years more, but the Lord be with us for each day we have her. I know the country will be in good hands if it be Prince Charles or Prince Wiliam who takes over in this particular title and position, but it will take time for some to see that they do have the insight she eos. She seems to know when people are not who they pretend to be right off. She knows when things are not going well and a turn needs to happen. We must see we can trust their decisions and insight as well as wisdom. We must be willing to give them a chance and not be judgmental of whom the Lord puts in place to rule. Britain is the country it is today because of this Royal family and the fact they had to fight to keep them all safe. It certainly was not done for fun.

Lighting up the Windsor with HM touch on that crystal ball, brings down memories of my childhood when things work to my favor most of the time with a touch of a mouse. Very very dark evil meaning behind this

Our channel failed just before the lighting and we missed it on the night, so thank you for this , I am able at last to see the lighting. My parents took me to see the beacon near St Albans that was lit at the end of WW2. The beacons are so important in our history in good times and bad. This was a very good occasion ! I longed for more pictures from a drone or from space!
