Emmanuel Lewis, and (RIP🙏)Gary Coleman were two of the youngest most talented TV actors during this period. It’s so nice to see how great all of these actors look and what happy and successful adults they became. Queen Latifa looks amazing too. I miss her talk show. 📺⏳
I got to meet Lisa Welchel in 1984. I was surprised that she was shorter than me and I'm only 5'8. Lovely lady! Robbie, I didn't know you sang, now I have to look up some of your music. Thanks for sharing this clip with us. Greetings from Phoenix, AZ
I use to have a thing for Lisa when I was a teenager. She turned out super sweet. And yes. If I may be so bold as to say I do have a band camp page..... robbierist.bandcamp.com
Emmanuel Lewis actually grew up? He was so adorable as a 12 year old and younger at the Tonight show with Carson and then with Bob Hope or viceversa. Great kid!
I never watched “The Brady Bunch” and therefore only remember Robbie Rist as the voice of Michaelangelo in the “Ninja Turtles” trilogy from the 90s. On a side note, Robbie is just one day older than Chris “Kid” Reid from Kid ‘N Play.
Damn, a who's who of shows I watched as a kid- Webster, Living Single, The Facts Of Life, What's Happening!!, Family Ties, The Brady Bunch; much better times back then.
Lots of people remember the shows. Stop feeling old, and focus on enjoying your life. Are you walking with a walker or living in a nursing home or something. If not, focus on something positive!
@@planner812 I found this recently on RU-vid. Robbie appearing in character as Little John (wearing Big John's suit) on NBC's "Smilin' Saturday Morning". NBC aired this leading into the 1976-77 season for Saturday mornings, and the Kids from CAPER were prominently featured. It's sad seeing Freddie Prinze host, since this was just months before he died. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6ZtRwygGD2g.html
@@planner812 I was a fan of BIG JOHN LITTLE JOHN, so much so that I bought the series on DVD about 6 or 7 years ago. I didn't discover the show until around Jan. 1977, when it was already in reruns, but I was still (barely) able to watch all 13 episodes back then. My favorite was when Big & Little John switched voices.
This talk show ran from 1999-2001, and there was some mention in this video that this was the second season, so it's likely from the year 2000. Thanks to Robbie for sharing the video.
People get so excited meeting a celeberity which is great and they love it, but they are just people first. I herd the guy that played Re run had a big ego.
