The hospital report said she was sexually assaulted. She was 15 when it happened. Charlagmagne turned himself in got blood and saliva but her mom did not want her to testify to keep her from the press, the spotlight etc. so it is not that he was innocent but that she did not go to court and so he plea dealed. Listen to him telling the story about putting stuff in her drink.
