This man is one of the greatest, kindest people you will ever meet...he played for my church in Richmond for about a year a few years ago... He would be creating while playing for praise and worship...truly a blessing !!! My wife, who is a musician, asked him about a song our choir was singing..she asked him" have you heard this song".. He said, yes I have.." that's me playing on the album..LOL
What can I say about this? Play it again? He won't because it's all pure inspiration and he only plays what comes to him at that moment. I can never stretch my left hand that wide. My hands are too small. I can barely manage an octave. His left hand does so many chords and harmony, its incredible! God just give me the ability to do what I can manage! I think he's a genius & i give all of his clips a like when i see them, including this one....But, I really dislike the sound of the Roland X8 keyboard he's playing here. This channel also has a video of him playing a real acoustic piano at NAMM. Much better tone depth & expression.

It's funny you say that because I like him way better on keys than on organ. He's kinda to busy on organ for my taste but you can't beat his clarity on piano. You can tell he excerscises regularly. If you want to hear a tasteful organist who's just right for the job. Check out Lawrence Lyle's. He's my go to guy for when I get tired of the way I play something but never takes the melody too far out of context. Passes his ass off😁 but always comes right back to the root
@@chrisbranch231 I like this guy too but he is new to me...I'm a Corey Henry fan. My likes are very broad because I also love the simplicity of Jim Brickman. I am gonna search for more videos of Quennel. I'm gonna get into him.
