how should you query if you’re writing a book with someone else? write it from the POV of the both of us or have one person query for both writers?

As opposed to the blurb, where does the synopsis go, please? I'm referring to the entire 'giveaway' summary. Does one wait for a response to the query letter and then send the synopsis, or add it to the query letter - maybe just after the main email body?

I wouldn't? Publishing on Wattpad can count as first rights of publication, so it's safer not to IMO.

Can you query more than one agent at a time? What should you do if more than one agents are interested?

You absolutely should query more than one agent at a time! I recommend querying in small batches of 5 agents at a time, and when you hear back from one, send out more queries. If more than one agent offers representation, then you get to choose the one you want to work with :)
