Sadly it will stay like that... The game is getting old. It's from 1998! But it will forever stay in my memory, for it is one of the first games I ever played!
I played this game back in 1998 as a demo. The melody got stuck inside my head for decades. I could not remember the game title. And after so many years I decided to do some research. And I found all the popular games of 1998. I watched like a hundred walkthroughs. And suddenly I heard it. Feels like complete now. 🥹 Thank you for this upload ❤️
Man I had the same experience with another game named "Silver" released in 1999. When I finaly found it, it was like a fever dream coming to reality haha And by the way same as you when I first played QfGV it was on the demo, Island Castle with the boss am I right? :D I would play that demo over and over..
I just got back from the Oregon coast on a sunny 62-degree day in January. This tune fit the mood perfectly. Felt just like a balmy winter day in Silmaria!
I have never played this game, but the soundtrack is astonishing! I absolutely love this masterpiece that gives you the atmosphere of mystery, elegance and royal conspiracies against the ruler of the land! ❤❤❤
I, who played the demo of this game in 1998, come back years later, from time to time, only to listen to this piece of art again. ...Well, this, and the #1 rock ballad on Need For Speed: Porsche Unleased on PS1 (exclusive song to that console).
This track is a combination of the by-day and by-night tunes heard when walking through Silmaria; but they have their own, extended versions I've been unable to find.
i also played it as a demo version... 10 years later, i bought the full version. This soundtrack in particular has made it to my heart... with one of these heroes walking the dark near the Greek temple get questioned by the Greek guard.. the demo version wasn't complete so i would run/walk in circles.. talk to the blacksmith and the cats.... what a great game... what a great soundtrack.... hope you also managed to play the whole game later on :)
@@themoss I remember the demo too! It was 50mb and took all night to download by landline. I bought the game as soon as it came out. Still one of my favorites.
check out questformoreglory . com and their forums its kinda active + awesome ppl and some cool modding is starting to happen and some plans and hope for a 3d remake of Qfg V
