As a customer I want two things, my problem solved as quickly and efficiently as possible, and i want to feel like they appreciate the fact that I've chosen to patronize their business. That said, I don't think rushing a customer gives them the feeling that you value them, quite the opposite.
Nothing pisses me off more than being rushed and then having to call back to have the same issues addressed a second time. Noice looking pen! BTW, Hugh and I are still loving the tampers we’re got from you. I’m glad you started making vids again. Have a great weekend!
