You need to LISTEN. They told you how they can improve their capability of catching criminals when the COMMUNITY calls in tips, and actually reports the crimes. Well I don't think he's planning to get re-elected. I stopped being surprised by the mayor and the DA a long time ago. I still SMH when he first mentioned removing shot spotter and had no answer for what, if anything, would replace it.
It could be perceived as being used too much as a negative connotation towards Kim Foxx’s and Brandon Johnson’s beloved violent serial criminal nephews.
They DO put this much effort into solving all cases. The difference is the cowardly citizens, like you, that turn a blind eye towards the criminals, because you don't want to get involved, or dimed out. People don't talk to the police. Don't volunteer their video(s). Never have any information. Etc.

I really think the offender tried to car jack this officer but the officer fought back so the offender shot him. This is so so sad because its policies from Springfield that keep allowing for these criminals to keep hurting innocent people.

Johnson only there for certain people cause he barely said a word about this officer’s murder. Then standing there like he doesn’t want to be there and getting annoyed when asked a question.
So if there is a plethora of forms of technology that can be used besides shot spotter, can you please elongate on say maybe three or four different types out there that law enforcement can effectively use to combat criminals. Tell us so we feel safe in our own rights. The mayor does not seem engaged in any concerns in this matter whatsoever. The police woman who spoke has more heart and soul in her pinky finger than the mayor has in his entire being.

At this point, Its my guess he's (Brandon) gonna follow Foxx's lead and announce he's not gonna run for reelection when that time comes which will make his only accomplishment as mayor.
