I was following the news from my country, this poor woman was killed, what exactly happened, that is something only Allah knows. But look how they switched from bringing the man who killed her to justice to the burn- hijab-movement, where woman in Iran take it off and burn it, the western media loves this. And we have emotion women running around in the street, they have no clue what is going on. Even though Iran is a non-muslim country, but i hope the victims family get justice for this heinous crime.

Shamsi plz if you don't know the answer ask the scholars , there is punishment for women who doesn't wear hijab in an Islamic state.

punishment is not for not wearing hijab its for going without hijab in front of any unknown person its like rabbit can't go in front of lion without cage because its dangerous for rabbit not for lion
