RECIPE:
Ingredients
120 g of sugar
60 g of honey
60 g of butter
200 g almond fillets
100 g couverture
Method
Put the sugar, honey, butter in a bowl and melt them using the bain-marie method.
When they are ready, take them off the heat and add the almonds.
Spread the mixture on a 35cm baking tray with non-stick paper and then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
While they are hot, cut them to the size you want and let them cool.
When they are ready, dip them in the melted chocolate and put them on non-stick paper to cool.
Finally, we keep them out of the refrigerator.
