Your recipe is super easy and great instructions. I have made these twice now and came out perfect. My coconut milk was a little thick so warmed in microwave for about 1 min. Used 8 ounces of it. This was delicious combined with my refried stew beans and cheese. Thank you so much Nikki❣️ passing this on to my daughter and my daughter-in-law.

I can’t find my recipe, I did yours. I did it all in a large deep frying pan . Less dishes to clean I also mix all ingredients well before adding liquid. I was cooking with you. I only made 7 my circle are 3 1/2 wide. Thank you
