Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast Fillets
1 Large Onion
4 Small Peppers
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon ground Coriander
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper add more if you prefer
1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
Olive Oil
Seasoning to taste
1 Can Coconut Milk full fat
Method
Wash the Chicken breasts under cold running water
Slice the Chicken and then into cubes
Finely chopped Onion
Finely Slice Small Peppers
Add 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil to frying pan
Gently fry the Onions
Add the Turmeric Cayenne Pepper and Ground Coriander
Mix well
Add the Sliced Peppers
Add the Cubed Chicken
Gently Fry until Cooked Throughout
Add the Garlic and Ginger Paste continue Stirring
Add the Coconut Milk continue mixing
Simmer for 15 minutes
Serve with Rice
