I made the cauliflower soup and while it was rich and creamy, I thought it needed a little more flavour, so added 3 tbsp. of butter, 1/2 cup of Nacho sauce and 1 cup of the roasted red pepper and walnut dip. Awesome! It's one of the silkiest, smoothest soups I've every had.

Have you tried that base with beets? I'm just wondering if there was anything else you might have added (needed) along with the beets? I think the color would be great but I think that there's probably a need for something else to help the flavor (beets alone, with the base might be too bland).
