Quick and Easy Veg Omelette &Paratha | Breakfast in 5 minutes
Hi friends, Enjoy a quick and easy vegetable omelette with paratha ,5 -minutes breakfast or snack.I made it using 2 eggs , whisking eggs with salt and pepper.put it aside.Prepated chopped vegetables like onion,tomatoes ,bell pepper snd chillies.You can use mushrooms too.Veges are tossed in a little oil and stir fried forva few minutes. Topped with fresh corriander made it fkavourful.
Then made omelette,poured eggs mix on pan and placed Vege mix in omelette and folded it gently.Made paratha with whole grain wheat and placed veg omelette at paratha.I enjoyed it with pickles .It was a yummiest breakfast I ever had.A nutritious meal in no time

Ingredients for omelette
Eggs 2
Onion chop one small
Hmgreen chilly chopped 1,2
Tomatoes one small
Bell pepper 1/2 portion
Green Corriander 2,3 tbs
Spices
Salt,pepper,red chilly half tsp
Cumin seeds 1 pinch
Oil 2,3 TBS
Method
Chop fine all Veges.
Whisk two eggs.
In a pan add oi and saute all veggies.wgen soft ,remove in 3,4 min.add green Corriander and put a side.
On tawa or flat pan,pour a little oil and pour eggs.Flip over and put veggies mix ,fold gently.
Remove from stove.
Make a paratha ,cook both sides .
In a plate ,place paratha and put omelette on it .
Breakfast is ready.enjoy with tea and stay happy .
