Friends, I invite you to try my favorite recipe for eggs, which I cook when time is short. This is such a simple but delicious breakfast that can be prepared in just 5 minutes! Serve yourself some simple eggs and tomatoes for a great quick morning treat. Be sure to try out this easy-to-make recipe!
Recipe:
• 2 medium tomatoes, diced
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2-3 cloves of garlic, sautéed over high heat.
• 1 bell pepper
• Sauté over medium heat and let simmer
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
• 3 tablespoons of hard cheese
• 3 eggs
• Salt to taste
• Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes
Scrambled eggs are ready!
