QUICK AND TASTY OVEN BAKED TILAPIA
INGREDIENTS
6 tilapia fillets
1 lime
1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 teaspoons of onion powder
2 teaspoons of lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoons of seasoning salt
1 teaspoons of peprika
2 teaspoons of parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Baked tilapia in the oven middle rack at 350° for 30 minutes

A lot of people turn their nose up at this fish because it is a "bottom feeder" but Tilapia has one of the lowest fat contents of any fish on the market so it is extremely diet friendly and healthy, and it is exceptionally tasty when made correctly :) I am italian and it was a staple in my grandmothers kitchen - this recipe is 🔥!!!

Tilapia is a great store bought fish. If I want better I go fishing and catch fresh fish.

Honest comment: I’ve tried a talapia recipe before and it was not delicious. I tried this one and it’s a bit more tasty but not as flavorful as I imagined. Maybe it’s just tilapia in general. I will continue to watch her channel bc she is very entertaining and can cook.

Mine came out delicious, but yours look like if it was crispy or something. lol yours looks really good. What I added to mine is I cut up red orange and yellow bell peppers and small pieces with onions and I like stirfry them a little bit and then 10 minutes left of cooking. I added them on top of the tilapia and then five minutes almost when it's done I added some cheese and oh my gosh it's so delicious. That is a good recipe. I added to myself, but thank you for yours.
