Which mail service do you use? I use dakotapost in Sioux Falls. It’s been good but I’ve had some issues when a bank or other entity does a search and it comes up as a commercial address. I’m wondering if your domicile address comes up as residential since it’s an rv park.
We use Americas Mailbox in Box Elder right next to Rapid City. It is definitely on the PMB address list that the banks and ATF use. There was a guy staying there when I was there that said if you were permanently there, your SITE # is different from a PMB#, but I really doubt that's true. He tried to buy a gun at a local retail store and was rejected because of his address. I knew about this restriction. So he was really upset and was going to ask Americas Mailbox if they would put a SITE # instead of a PMB# on his official address. I never did ask him later, but I'm certain they wouldn't do that. I think they (US Patriot Act) are trying to target money launders and other criminal enterprises, and the actual good guys get caught up in the inconvenience. When we had been traveling full time about 1 year, our bank, Wells Fargo, sent us a nasty gram. Put in a real address, or we drop you! I encourage everyone to contact your reps in DC an ask them to exempt the PMB just like the APO. Thanks for the comment.

@@barryholiday8998good question but no. You can put Apt#19711 in out case and it won’t help. They have lists of all these addresses. Best fix is to change the law. I’ve been in touch with all my reps. Two of them say they are working on it. I’m overdue to call and get an update.
@@travelingwithtroyandrhoda6442 I meant not putting any apt or PMB number and just use the street address and see what happens. In my case, I’ve tried that but my mailing service operates out of a commercial office location so it’s never worked.
