Some people are finding this hat too small. My head is 21 inches. The last row should be a half inch above your ear. If you’re having this problem, I suggest you go to. VICTORY. With only slight eyeball adjustments I was able to make it larger with smaller hooks and yarn. Wouldn't have been possible without this tutorial!

I loved this. I didn’t check the gauge. It will fit my 6 year old granddaughter perfectly. I already knew I had to stick to OVW instructions (I have a big head 😊 big natural hair). Now my Buttercup and I have matching caps! Thank you thank you!

Perfect pattern . It came out great . I used Red Heart super saver in the color Aran fleck . I have plenty to make another one for my mom . I just know she will love it and look adorable in it .
I have completed the hat, and it turned out pretty good for the first time. I did have to take it out once, in order to get everything lined up correctly. I have the hang of it now.
I tried to make a cap many times but not successful. I found this video and it worked. My head size is 23. Iused a 6mm hook and a 5mmhook. Thank you especially for the brim instruction. 🙏

I made this hat it came out beautiful but the size turned to be 0-3 months baby... Though it didn't turn out the desired size but I'm happy with the results.... I’m so glad you liked the pattern. The pattern is not as hard as you think. You got this🥰 This is a snug fit hat. For a men’s size you may want to go up a hook size than what I recommend.
