I wanted to purchase your Laser Cutting machine but I have a Mac desktop and I don't think it's compatible...I think I would need Sure Cuts Alot machine. So, are you saying that the purpose of your machines is to cut wider than my Cameo will cut..which is only 12"? Thank You!

Flexi only supports a few of the cutters that we offer here at USCutter and all of the machines come with software included so I have not had much hands on with it other than printing. If the machine can connect with Vinyl Master but not Flexi, you may want to contact Flexi directly for support with your software here - www.thinksai.com/contact
@@uscuttervideos It's LXI through Signwarehouse. They don't know what's happening with it. SAI won't touch it. It came with the printer I bought and I'd rather use their software for print and cut.
@@uscuttervideos exactly. So basically nobody wants to help me with this. Wish I could trade in my Titan 3 at this point for a graphtec. Tried that, but that's not an option anymore since I've had it for 2 years+. Looks like I'm stuck with Vinyl Master...
@@nickm5348 It's like trying to get an Xbox to play a Playstation game. You are trying to use Sign Warehouse's software to run a machine they don't sell. They licensed that software from Flexi, and when they did it was for the machines that they offer and they also agreed to handle the technical support for. We did the same thing with Vinyl Master. We licensed a USCutter version that only supports our machines and that has a few extra features compared to the version you purchase directly from Vinyl Master.
