When you are resizing something, I see a size indication near the curser. Use a blade with a shallower cutting blade (60 degrees) so it can make it all the way though the material. Hope this helps.
All the other videos I see tend to skip right over this stuff. That is the difference from academic and hands on I guess. Now I am going to cut out that same note and stick it on top of my machine.
I think it is the pro software that came with the machines. I wish that there was a cheaper or free option that I could load on other laptops, let me know if you know of a open software that'll run the machines.

Good content. Quick question. Is there a reason everytime my cutter goes to finish and make the box for weeding, it sometimes lifts the vinyl and drags the blade along messing up the design? Thx
Yes, they sell blades that have a longer cutting surface to cut through the thicker material. You'll need to be good at setting your blade depth, but once you learn it - it gets easier.
