Such a good list 😀 we do 3 of the four , the egg bake ( i make mine with chopped kale, and local farmers cheese ), smoothies ( mine includes chopped kale, chopped spinach, hemp seeds, flax seeds, banana, pineapple, diced celery, lemon, cayenne, wheatgrass, chlorella - this is all in a frozen mix of all whole foods ingredients by the brand Blendtopia - and then bobs red mill old country muesli water and greek yogurt ), and lastly overnight muesli ( half a cup of bobs red mill old country muesli with milk and nut butter )
Can you absorb nutrients from chia seeds like this? My friend recently told me that they have to be ground up but she wasn’t sure about soaked. Thanks! Going to try some of these.
