@Stepharoni_and_Clean it was Buffalo sauce, not pure hot sauce and if you're making them on the flat top like this then dumping the sauce directly on the wings makes more sense. There's no difference between tossing them in a bowl with sauce, or adding the sauce on top of them, it gives the same result

Hey nah, these look tasty but are *not* Buffalo wings! Buffalo wings you just needs the butter and Franks red hot sauce ... maybe mix in a little garlic or another aged cayenne red hot sauce in combo if you need it more complex. But its no longer a Buffalo wing if you're throwing cajun season or anything like that in there nah!
I can def tell where you get your cooking skills from and it's beautiful to see a family cooking together. I wish I would have stayed in the kitchen longer with my father when he was around. I still remember how he used to make spaghetti even though it was loaded with other ingredients you normally never see. That southern influence of flavor over convention. Keep it up!
