Watched the lucid dreaming masterclass today and then heard this to fall asleep and i kind of lucid dreamed a bit, but definitely going to continue doing this exercise now to help myself :)

Just close you eyes focus on how you feel within The way how you feel within Is the reflection of your actions Don't visualise too much Just focus on your breath count Create a rhythm in your breathe And follow it repetitively, when agitations increases further.

if it helps you focus then definitely use it i would day try it for a week and see if there is any measurable improvement key word "measurable"
