We made an error listing the mug omelette recipe as 140 calories and we sincerely apologise for the oversight. We'll be sure to fact-check thoroughly in future to avoid anymore misinformation. Thank you! Including all of the ingredients listed, the recipe should stand at about 220 calories. 2 eggs - 140 calories 5 cherry tomatoes - 15 calories Spinach - 15 calories 1 oz (28g) of feta cheese - 50 calories
Your mug omelette listed at 140 calories but....one egg is around 70 calories by itself so then if there are two eggs that's already 140....without even adding the other ingredients. Yes the other items are low cal items but....you get the point.
Amazing recipes, Since first of january 2020 I'm trying to have 7 (small meals, 200 ish calories) a day. and I have been prepping a lot of them, most of which just contain a fish, chicken or meat with vegies and rice, but these recipes genieunly make me smile and drool. Creative, Quick and good tasting I'm hoping to see more of your great eals and Ideas So I can implement them in my routine, and make losing weight fun!!!
You guys should really stop hating. Just try to understand from the other perspectives as producer, host and the team behind. What is the intentions of this video? It is about how people can have some healthier ideas on cooking. I was a Chef and I really appreciate her effort in making this video. Please understand before you comment. I usually does not like to comment about it but the hates is really unnecessary if you dislike it just don’t watch it la. WHAT IS THE POINT OF SPREADING YOUR HATREDS?!
Hi. Thank you for the quick and easy recipe. I would like to know as I am on a diet how can this meal is 140 calories since to my knowledge 2eggs alone are 140 cal?
Thanks for these ideas. I'm finding it easier to lose weight eating 6 x 300 calorie meals through the day. I'm not hungry this way and don't have to digest a large meal. Your meals are very tasty.
please just stop hating !! Tyen is just trying her best please ! it’s not easy being a RU-vidr . It takes a lot of work and effort ☹️ she is just a beginner. Do not keep saying bad things about her in a bad way but instead give her some feedbacks and encourage please !
Gift Fong depends. If you eat more than 3 times a day then this would be a meal. If you eat 3 or less then I would opt for higher calorie meal. Depending on your calorie count ofc
I like Tyen so I like these videos as well. And to those who are hating: not everyone has the same preferences you know, maybe she does get full with that much food. When you're really fit, it can actually happen.
Its important to be careful to not correlate eating healthy to eating low calorie- those are not the same things, and to have an account that reaches such impressionable, young women, who are living in a society where calorie restriction/ abstaining from food is already celebrated- why not offer Quick and easy healthy meals? Whole food meals? I'm a big fan of the channel and support it- but I don't support a video that continues to perpetuate the idea of a restrictive lifestyle. It's not healthy, and can actually lead to so many mental health complications in the future. Just food for thought- literally!
Sara Qasem relax....they’re called healthy “snacks” for a reason. She never suggested that you should ONLY eat this for a meal. If anything we are living in a society that embraces obesity and unhealthy eating habits by justifying the lack of willpower with “plus sized beauties”. Thank you Tyen for sharing these amazing tips! Love you!
just a quick fyi, less calories does not necessarily means that its healthier!!!! hope Tyen can clear this up. Just make sure to include veggies and draw back from the unhealthy food.
The calorie calculations are all wrong.... And feta is a low calorie cheese?! It's one of the fattiest, saltiest and highest in calories cheeses out there!
Exactly my thought. The first one, for example, says that it's 140 calories, but only the eggs without anything else have at least 140 calories in them...
You may hate me for saying this but while the ingredients she is using are under 300 Cals.. cooking food in the microwave and stored meals are not healthy/nutritious. Google why. But if these recipes are followed in a way where the food is cooked on natural/live heating and consumed fresh.. much better!
This is cringe-worthy. 1. These aren't quick and easy MEALS. These aren't substantial for a meal. 2. Omelette seems bland by the recipe. 3. Pasta sauce looks runny. You could at least cooked the herbs and chicken into the sauce?? 4. Who puts feta cheese in pasta? 5. That's not a wedge of lemon. 6. "This smells warm????"
@@lisaa9790singapore food IS bland, miss singaporean. Nah, i might be foreigner but, i also know, that singaporean food is just a diluted Indonesian / Malaysian food :)
@@TheMarcocomar lol who are you to comment? As compared to hawker food, this is indeed bland. Although you claim that the comment section is toxic, you're going around rebutting comments which mean no harm? What a hypocrite! Return to your country!
