Stir fried with potatoes, it is delicious and filling. Very good with rice. Aunty Mary shows how to cook this easy recipe of TASTY spam and potato stir fry at home. Spam is similar to luncheon meat which I grew up eating.
Ingredients
1 can Spam, 340g, cubed (or luncheon meat)
1 potato, 200g, peel and cubed
1 big onion, diced
3 stalks spring onion, cut into sections
1 red chilli, cut into rings
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chopped
1/4 C water
Seasoning
1 Tbsp sugar1 Tbsp soya sauce
2 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 Tbsp sriracha chilli sauce
3 Tbsp ketchup
