I had the same module on my 2021 and loved it. I was itching to adapt it to my 2022 because the new one didn't drop yet; I really wanted it to be plug and play. So I'm glad I didn't rush it. Got the new one and installed it last week.... fire... clean and neat. Still waiting on the Tein coilovers and done ✔️
We installed the Diode Dynamics tail as turn, with optional "stock reverse and turn signal as backup lights" feature and installed some wicked bright white led bulbs in those 4 sockets along with a OLM OG F1 Final Edition "fourth" brake light with white reverse mode on our 2017 WRX. Results are enough light to drive in reverse, especially handy if you tint your windows dark and drive at night. No problems backing up anywhere anytime. You can see a video on my channel that shows that setup. Highly recommend.
You should not experience issues and should be able to run this kit in conjunction with a 4th brake light kit, however, we have not tested this yet for compatibility. We do offer a 30-day return policy, so if it doesn't work out we can accept it back for a full refund of the product price!
Would it be possible for you guys to make a rear switchback LED kit for the turn signal? i.e. the turn signal is still amber and retains its current location but is replaced with a switchback LED that shines white light when reverse is activated, to supplement the existing reverse light. I really like having complete LED rear lighting and having the extra reverse lights, but I'm not a huge fan of using brake lights as turn signals for safety reasons so something like this would be great.

Will these cancel hyperflash for front LED turn signals? I'm running 60ohm resistors taped into taillights to stop this currently. Also running F1 light harness.

I noticed a bit of a gap on the top side of the tail light when reinstalling, cant seem to make the gap go away. Is this normal? I noticed the same gap on the uninstalled side as well. Worried about water leaking 😢
