It’s okay to call it a scooter lol What we don’t like is when people call them mopeds! 🤯 Pretty much spot on for the rest of the video though. It is a pretty good kit that could have easily been a good kit if not for some silly little things and it does need some filling in parts but, yeah, that chrome… yike. Think it took me three days of soaking and scrubbing to get it all off completely.

Uf, I don't think that Italians would be happy with scooter 😀 Ther are mopeds, scooters and a Vespa :😀

Good looking box art but what peace of s... I just threw it it out after 80% complete, nothing fit like it should..

My small hobby sorry for my rudeness but i wasnt happy with the kit. Shame Tamiya doesnt make Vespa’s 😉

@@nathanprentice7230 In his defence, whilst there are some surprisingly quirky little bits like the suspension, there are some weird mistakes eg cables, details missing like the raised trim around the horn casting, what seemed like a half finished headset (underneath) and then the bigger things like the ill fitting of some parts like the main body to the leg shields. I also think, with this particular kit, there will be a lot of scooter owners that are maybe building their first model in a looong time and expecting things to ‘just fit’ and not have fettle or fill. In this day and age, esp if this is a new kit, surely that’s not too much to expect? (Although I know, that is just wishful thinking lol) And no harm in wishing Tamiya would have a crack at doing some scooters? Maybe even some Lambrettas (which are very sorely missing in the modelling world!)

Wow! Watching this was made somehow more unbearable by the awful backing music. Somehow less pleasant than chalk scratching blackboard. An achievement of sorts.
