These Pilates style workouts are game changing. I didn’t take my workout routine seriously until last year and within the past 6 months I’ve been consistent. I like to do this one specifically after a good sesh of weight lifting and lemme tell you the results are phenomenal. I’m down 15 pounds and I feel more toned than ever. 🙌🏼
@@lu.lamarlere 3 or 4 depending on how my body responds. I like to give myself a day of rest in between so I’m not over workin myself. Diet too!! I’ve become more conscious of my alcohol consumption and extra sugars. I wouldn’t say I restrict my eating but I eat more intuitively.
@@lu.lamarlere also sticking with a routine has made it easier for me to target certain muscles and really hone in on creating stronger abs. You got this! I used to get discouraged by not seeing immediate results but it takes a few months💓

I can never feel my lower abs. Even when I do a lower abs workout I can only feel the upper abs… they get sore but my lower abs just not „build“ up. I’m trying to lose weight aswell because I want to define my body a bit. It’s working but the process takes time and it’s just frustrating that my lower abs don’t improve. What can I do?
I don't know English very well because I'm from Poland but I really want chest lift workout, arms workout for bat wings 😂, sexy back workout and calves workout please ❤
