Sometimes, it's fun to just rant a little bit, even if it's about mindfulness.
So I thought I'd do a little bit of emotional unloading here on one of the traps that I see in myself falling into, like, all the time.
It's the idea that the project here is to feel awesome all the time, to quiet the mind, and achieve a deep sense of inner peace.
This may happen along the way. But I don't think it’s the goal.
I think the goal is something more like opening: staying with the full range of human emotions, the joy, anxiety, sadness, bliss, and all the rest.
