Quick plunking setup for spring Chinook.  

Bank fishing, or plunking, for Spring Chinook is an easy way to get out of the winder duldrums. A quick rig to start with is the spin and glow setup.
Tie a 3-way swivel to your braid and a 3-5ft liter to a single or double snell setup. Use an egg loop knot to hold the live bait better. Keep it simple with a bead, spin-n-glow, bead setup in your color of choice. Chartreuse or Pink are safe bets to start. Add a dropper weight based on the current. There ya go, easy to fish. Sit back and relax (might want a bell on your pole)
