Hello, I noticed you had these letters in your explanation…ASMR. I looked it up and now realize that my loving these sounds of slicing, stirring, cooking etc. has to do with how I feel as I hear these gentle but comforting sounds. I feel as if I’m slowing down, breathing more consciously and feel immersed in your every move. Casi así se hace la tortilla de patatas española, solo que se echan juntas las patatas y la cebolla en el aceite. Se las revuelve de vez en cuando para que no se quemen. Cuando ya están hechas se echa el huevo batido, y con la ayuda de un tenedor trataremos de que el huevo vaya penetrando hacia el fondo de la sartén. Cuando está hecha por abajo, con la ayuda de un plato del mismo diámetro que la sartén o con un vuelca tortillas se le da la vuelta y se echa otra vez en la sartén para que acabe de cuajarse por la parte de abajo. ¡Y en poquito tiempo está lista para comer! ¡Buen provecho!

Wir in D lernen, Olivenöl ist nicht geeignet hoch zu erhitzen. Setzt Acylamid frei und das ist krebserregend. Also Sonnenblumen-oder Rapsöl verwenden.

Dazu gibt es verschiedene Informationen. Unabhängig davon, ich habe es heute sowohl mit Olivenöl, als auch mit Rapsöl ausprobiert - ja, zweimal heute, spontaner hungriger Besuch… nichts ungewöhnliches. Mit Olivenöl war definitiv leckerer.🤷🏻‍♀️

I love using olive oil. But haven’t tried these specific recipe. But some information to keep in mind is not to burn your oil. Use a medium heat. Scorching any cooking oil changes the make up and therefore the taste. It can ruin a dish by making it bitter. But I did find this bit of information on the internet. Myth: Olive oil produces carcinogens when it's heated. Fact. What's true is that when any cooking oil is heated to the point where it smokes (its smoke point) it breaks down and may produce potentially carcinogenic toxins. Different oils reach their smoke points at different temperatures.
