You can find many decks from most of these brand on my channel through my reviews. The best way to get these decks id say is to follow them on Instagram and be ready for their latest drops. All these decks are limited and can sell for much higher prices on the second hand market, so your best bet of getting them at a good price is directly from the brand when they drop them on their website. Altho there are good resale sites such as Socalplayingcards and XDecks, they tend to have reasonable prices depending on the rarity of the deck and will also do sales. So sometimes you can pick up a rare out of print deck for close to retail value if you’re lucky.
