I'm 14 and I live in Greece and I know it's unusual for a 14 year old boy to like cooking but because when I was young my grandmothers whould cook every day and that's what brought me close to The kitchen and Laura in the kitchen is like my "escape". Whenever I want to learn more about cooking or check a recipie, Laura in the kitchen is here and my favorite episode is the Nutella Popsicles! well you know what laura. i think you are a better cook than jamie oliver. is it not time to start a chain of restaurants? so that we can taste your food . the problem with the tv and youtube media is that you can only see but not taste it . personally i do not trust an english cook. one has a giant big mouth and the other is verry sloppy. it is only an opinion.
Hi Laura....I've told you before you're like my sista from another mista because we have sooo much in common (I'm also an italian Jersey girl, November b-day, family in Italy, etc) and watching this channel and The Vitales channel, I feel like we are best friends. Then I remember you don't even know who I am. LOL I would love to meet you in person one day to give you a hug for everything you do. You are such a beautiful, kind-hearted person and you give everything you are to us and we really appreciate it. Favorite episode??? That's a tough question. Maybe Nutella Popsicles but I also love watching all your yeast baking videos and that has made me do more bread-type baking. Ever since then, I was always on your channel watching your recipes. I've tried a lot of your recipe and I must say, your recipes are what we use at our house. I love all your recipes most especially your baking recipes. Means Mac and cheese to me! I make that dish far too often!!! My fave! I do wish your measurements weren't all "cups and sticks and oz" it can be hard to translate that to grams and millilitres for those of us not in the U.S. Because conversion websites are contradictory a lot of the time.

i just joined the community several months ago but with your help i pretty much teach myself how to cook. I'm just 18 years old but your recipes and instructions are so easy to understand and bring back so many memories (I might add that I'm half it alien so very time i cook something from your cookbook the entire family is exited!) Laura in the Kitchen is the best thing that has happened to me! I have been watching and recreating your recipes since I was around 10 and now I am 13! I first watched your pizza recipe and I recreated it and it was perfect! I can't choose my favorite recipe because everything is just wonderful! I never knew I could cook and bake this good, but now I bake and cook almost every week sometimes every day or so! I really love the chicken cordon bleu, the fettuccine alfredo, the quesadillas. I love Laura in the Kitchen so much and even though I haven't been here since the very beginning, I am glad that I found your channel because all your recipes are very easy and super delicious! I cannot recall what my first episode was because I binged off your channel that first night LOL! All I know, is that you made everything look so simple that even I could do it. I first discovered your channel when I was looking for a chewy sugar recipe and ever since that video I've been happily subscribed. What I love about your recipes is that it looks and tastes amazing, yet it's extremely doable. A lot of other cooking channels have amazing recipes, yet they aren't very easy to recreate, but yours are both delicious, appetizing to the eye, and most importantly easy enough to recreate. 😊
This soup looks yum! There are so many favorites that I've found on your channel. I have gone back to the beginnings and your Italian potato soup is one of my favorites, I just made a pot of it the other night and will be sending the recipe over to my Mom. I made your broccoli & potato soup with was a hit with my family. At my family functions I am asked to bake your orange, cranberry cookies. My kids love your saltine chicken fingers and zucchini orozoto. I can go on and on. You will never believe me in a million years but I've tried sausage bean soup with different types of sausage but I have found that what makes this soup superior is to use those little canned Vienna Sausages instead. I know, it sounds like sacrilege :D but I'm telling you, nothing else cuts it for me anymore with bean soup. I cut them in half and let them simmer away in the broth for awhile. For me it takes the flavor to whole other realm.
My favorite recipe/video was your Sweet Potato Souffle. I make it every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas for my family. One of my sister's calls it candy because it's so good. My family loves and requests it...I also made your Cod the other day, super yummy!
I discovered LITK about 2 years ago. As soon as I started watching your videos, I immediately started trying your recipes, and I fell in love with cooking. Your channel has brought me inspiration to try new recipes for my husband. I love when I try one of your recipes and my husband is so appreciative that I take the time to make him dinner.
