Large handful of spinach
Large handful of rocket
Large handful of watercress
½ Pear (sliced)
8 Radishes
Poached or fried fillet of salmon
¾ Avocado (cut into rough chunks)
7 tsp Natural Yoghurt
50g Smoked Salmon
Juice of ½ Lemon
Salt and Pepper to season
Olive Oil (optional)
