We do this in Albania onion garlic zucchini carrot egg flour salt pepper. We grate everything for easyness. We also add some finely chopped parsley for flavor. Serve with a lemon slice and tzatziki

Really delicious, but not very healthy. This Pakora is too oily. I know so many people will disagree. I also liked this before. Trans fats raise bad cholesterol and also lower good cholesterol. Trans fats increase the risk of heart attack which can kill us. Please do not ignore this information. Try to know more about trans fats. Stay healthy, because healthy life is precious.
