I am from haryana. I love aalu ka prantha and this is not really a prantha, its kind of a puda( like we make basen ka puda)others make pancake, in south india we have dosa etc. These are the dishes which use flowy batter instead of kneaded dough and use gravity and/or spatula to form a shape . In this video Instead of using gram flour they used regular flour to make what we call a puda. I am sorry for the long paragraph but i love aalu ka or any kind of prantha so had clear the difference 😅😅😅.
I tried this recipe with gluten free plain white flour instead of all purpose flour. It was very delicious. Thanks for such a wonderful potato recipe. My son who is a picky eater and has digestive issues with gluten loved it.
