Thanks, I put this video on wondering "why am I watching some guy clean his MPC" ? And then I learned how to deal with the anoying lint problem I've been having. Genius!
Wow! I was always so annoyed with the lint left behind after using Swifter or moist electronic wipes on all my Akai gear. Even the 2000XL. 😂 You’re a lifesaver. That thing looks new! 😁💯🔥
Akai needs to stop using that rubberized coating on cases, it will be a nasty sticky mess in a few years. They put it on the Live and the Force (which I own). Everything I have every owed with this finish always degrades.
DUUUUUUDE, THANK YOU! I have been wondering how the flying fuck to get the damn pads clean. I actually just happen to already have a roller that style and was annoyed it didn't do the trick for standard use but its perfect for my MPC, can't believe I didn't think of it!
+Seneca Giles Nah, it's cool. It works fine. Actually I'm using it as a de facto screen protector. I just trim the little tab off. You can even tell difference.
Made not to last - think companys should have a fine for that, its a waste of resources. I just took my push apart and will try to remove the sticky rubber coating..
@@poulgadving7628 hey man! I know this is old but I just got a second hand push with severe sticky shit all over the cover and no matter how many times I wipe with a damp cloth or face wipe it doesn't budge.. I wanted to take it apart and I took the back off but the entire circuit etc is connected to the face plate instead 😂 I stopped because I got nervous. Anyways how did you manage this?
