In this video, we show a rodent nest built up inside a two cylinder Kawasaki engine on a John Deere X360 and how we identified it, accessed it, and cleaned it out.
Rodents can cram debris and insulation in and around the engine crankcase, flywheel, and cylinder heads leading to excess heat build-up in the engine, which eventually leads to engine failure. In this instance, the rodents had also chewed on wires inside the engine.
Be sure to keep rodents out of your engine!
