Quick Tips: Sewing Vinyl with Tissue Paper 

Learn a quick trick from Mary Beth Temple to prevent sticking when sewing vinyl. To prevent the vinyl from sticking under the presser foot, use a Teflon foot, roller foot or walking foot. However, the vinyl may still stick to the bed of the machine. Plus, the slick surface of the vinyl can be difficult for the feed dogs to grab onto.
