Quick Visualisation Experiment 

I saw the door, I walked through and it was dark and cold. I allowed myself to look around and I noticed the beautiful stars and the midnight moon. I took it in, and I noticed a large white breath taking building with peace. I allowed myself to go there and I felt warm and secure. Thank you.

I've gone to a very comfortable room with a fireplace inside a cabin and beautiful green mountains seen though the window. Loved it!

Thank you for the amazing experience! I opened the door to a grassy trail out in the country side , trees on each side of the trail gently blowing, beautiful blue summer sky above. I could feel the ground beneath me as I walked, and a warm breeze on my skin. It was like everything around me was real and alive, and I was really in this place. After experiencing going there, I feel like I can close my eyes instantly go there again anytime I want and have the experience all over again! Thank you for guiding me to the door to this wonderful place!

I opened the door into a beautiful outdoor nighttime scene, very very dark, except for the colorful objects around me that were all lit up, glowing brightly. There were trees with colorful glowing fruit, and I floated or glided amongst them. I didn't venture far. It was cool, but not at all cold. I absolutely loved it. It was wonderful. Thank you for doing that!

So Alicia. This is a room with 5 windows the window opens inwards.. the ceiling is quite high and there is a fan .. its bright outside very bright couldn't see what's outside but the temperature is warm and pleasant and the fan feels pleasant too. I recollect that this is a familiar room from my frequent dreams of childhood. I dreamt of this room almost everyday as a kid and hence the clarity.

First off thank you. The video may of been short but time was relative to me. It was an hour or two in my mind. The door opened and I was on a pier. Could hear the birds and see the waves crashing in from afar. Looking around I realise you are there simply to show me this area and to be a voice of comfort. My dog barks as I notice her at my feet and a trail leading upwards a mountain to the right. As we acend noticing the beautiful plant life at a waterfall that flows down the mountain to the lake that has the pier we began on. Twas a joyful time. Thanks again.

Nice idea. I visualise always the same space- a room with a high ceiling supported by pillars the spaces between which are opened to the outside from floor to roof. No windows but long white banners which move in the wind - had this concept for at least 20 years.

I opened the door and was on a tropical island. It wasn't too hot and there was a cooling breeze. Next to the beach was a sort of cabin made of bamboo. It was large enough for my wife and three kids. The atmosphere was nice and calm, no worries, no stress. Just 'being in the moment'. There were candles and a (I don't know the English word) hanging cloth/bed (hangmat in Dutch). Hope that's enough detail! Thank you for the experience!

My space was warm, inviting, nurturing but completely empty. It was a warm brown with a dim light coming from everywhere and yet nowhere. I found that it was like a blank canvas that I could fill however I chose. I am grateful for the experience.

I appeared in an empty dusty cabin with only one chair in a corner and family pictures on the other. Outside there was a beach. Grey and palé blue colours dominated the view. Weird but peaceful.

That was lovely! I was at my family's summer home when I was a child--very restful, an especially nice thing for a Monday.

I was standing in the middle of a yellow circle with light blue, fluffy chairs. There was wall paper with sun flowers on it, and that’s probably where the yellow came from. It was cold but comforting. It was a very small space but that made me feel safe. But when you started to count from one to five, at one, the chairs disappeared. At two, the temperature changed. And at three I was standing in a white void and then I wiggles my fingers and I was back in my living room. Amazing video by the way!

It was a very large space with a rounded floor, as if I could throw a ball any distance in any direction and it would roll right back to me. Nothing really in it but the geometry was calming.

I was in a mansion. kitchen, main hall, giant staircase with a suit of armor, a barn, alcoves of some kind and a study. the main hall was flooded for a second.

When I opened the door, pink flamencos were flying in a dark pink and light green sky. Trees surrounded an area of half dry and half wet green grass. As I walked on the dry portion I notice a large oval stone that was large enough for me to lay. I did so and I fell asleep on the warm, smooth yet soft stone surface. I opened my eyes a minute later and it was nightfall. I got up and I was stepping in wet grass! Some how I travelled to the wet side of the grassy field and now had wet shoes and feet. I couldn't see in the dark, but try to make my way to the dry grass. With each step I took, I found myself sinking into the wet earth. Eventually the grass became a lake that I had to swim underneath in order to reach the other side. Upon reaching the other side, I lifted my head out of the water and it was day again. I got out of the lake and was standing on dry grass again with a large, bumpy, hard square rock in front of me. I was about to sit on it when the hypnosis ended.

My space was a huge flowerfield, surrounded by a perfectly round circle of trees that shielded it from the outside. I am not entirely sure, but I think it resembles a place I used to visit when I was on vacation in Austria as a child. It's been 15 years, since I've been there though, so maybe, it was jsut that feeling of a distant familiarity that reminded me of Austria.

It was dimly lit, only one light bulb. The first thing i came across was a old style weave folding patio chair. Behind it was a work bench covered with assorted tools, above it mounted into the wall was a old style black and white tv.was flickering. From there I noticed an old frig, full of something . Didnt see a ceiling or a floor

I walked in to a room of total relaxation. It had the big love Sac bean bags everywhere. A jacuzzi hot tub and chocolate strawberries. There was a massage table and big warm thick blankets all over the room and lots of snuggly things. It was heaven lol!

As positive as always! :) I saw a woman's eyes. The woman moved her sunglasses off her eyes and I watched them.

Nice way to start the day :) I pictured my ideal workplace and it was so cool and peaceful.

Walked into a box 8 feet tall 8 feet wide and length was 11 feet. Soon as you walk in black desk with full computer setup. Cup with 4 pens in it on left side of monitor. 1 pen had army logos all over it the rest were standard colored gel pens. Above the desk was an IT poster with the bottom right side of the corner ripped off. To the right of the desk a mini refrigerator with monster energy drinks on top shelf middle shelf had Starbucks coffee. Bottom shelf had frozen microwavable food. Above the refrigerator was a case hung on the wall with different knifes in it. A lot of the knifes had flashy colors and a couple were rainbow. To the right of the refrigerator was a black leather couch and to the right of that in the corner was an m16 assault rifle leaning. From the door again to the right of the door was a bunch of shoes mostly adidas and most black as well. The the left of the line up are a bunch of thrown computers and computer pieces organized in a bunch of bins above that there is an airforce poster. To the left of the computer parts is a rack with movies games and other cd related items there. Above the is a 55 inch tv. Just to the bottom left of the tv is a mini shelf with a playstation on it. To the left of that is a marble table with fancy chairs. To the left of that is a military mortar that is inactive sitting on the floor. In between the mortar and m16 is a rack that holds a desert eagle above the glock on left side and to the right in the rack is a 50 cal sniper tilted slightly. Whole room is black. There are two sets of 5 columns of led lights 3 feet apart centered in the room. The light-switch is about a foot away from the hanging tv and slightly down. Directly to the left of that light switch is another section to the surround sound speakers which is located on either side of the couch in the top corners....... You asked what i seen and you got it

I created my own island on an earth like planet far away with a wooden beautiful house near the beach at night with a lantern near my beach chair, the shore had that glowing blue seaweed, the sky 3 planets faint blue planets varies in size and clarity one of them had a ring , with a clear view of a nearby big galaxy shaped object in the sky, very calming weather and with few but beautiful shooting stars

Cool video Alicia !! I saw a Throne. It was a very beautifully Throne carved from wood, with red cloth covering. A crown was carved on top of this Throne. It looked exactly like the Throne of a King. Very regal looking, like the Throne of England. I saw this Throne very clearly. I felt like I should sit on this Throne. However, I never did. I wonder what this means ? Could'nt concentrate,so noticed "a space" is something I need,then there were negative emotions,while I looked for space.

My room was bright with white walls and wooden floor. There was a medal from winning a race, later I saw visualized a time of 19:58 on the wall. Wanted to stay longer but you told me to leave. BTW hows your running?

We just saw the the insides of our eyelids, it seems neither of us can visulize anything while in trance unless its a eye fixation induction😢😢😢😢🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️🕯

I pictured the TARDIS

Everything through the door was to bright at first, could barely make out being in a very snowy place on top of a mountain.

Room was dark, might be empty, non threatening.

everything was white and stuff appeared the longer I was there. it felt like I was daydreaming. Idk, it felt normal.
