"Avery" a friend of mine who used to practice ballet said that in Russia there are the most strict requirements for ballet dancers and very young kids are evaluated by expert ballet dancers and teachers and if a kid cannot stretch his or her foot in an abnormally pointed way he or she would not be considered good material for ballet
hi everyone! If you see this,THANK GOD! As you guys probably know this gorgeous ballerina is from the country of Russia! Some of these stretches are very common not only in Russia! So please,do not be worried she is under great training! I know this as a ballet instructor at ABT!
@@psychologicallydissolved usually they would give light stretches /exercises if she wasn’t ready but by the looks of it she must be well trained and in the advanced category.
this isnt bad for her considering she is probably a professional and probably goes through this everyday. you can even see her face and she isnt struggling a lot
Y’all I’m a ballerina and it’s actually not that hard to do. When your new, it’s kind of hard, but once you’ve been used to it then it won’t be too hard.
Why are y’all saying break ur bones tut and help her?! She’s a trained professional, yea she’s 13 but who said professional can’t be 13? I’ve been doing what she’s doing since 10 years old
Yana, i know how it feels wanting to be the best dancer ever, i used to be the same, putting my body on the line, and hurting it so much, i then relised that i could become that over time insteed of forcing myself and leaving myself with long lasting injures that might even stop me from walking. This also happened to my dance teacher. Think of this would you rather be a good dancer for 2 years, or for the rest of your life. You have pure talent but please don’t waste it on forcing yourself into the positions at such a young age. I understand that it might not be your choice. If so I will pray for you that you get out. Please your body is worth more than 2 years of talent. Thank you for your time. ❤❤❤❤❤

Well actually,as an instructor at ABT I know that this is a completely normal warm up before getting into pointe shoes! This gorgeous ballerina will definitely benefit from this training!
