I also would like to see more of these 1/48 kit builds. I really like the 1/48 kits and I always pick a few up when I visit Japan. Prices are really good over there. It is a bit harder to get the photo etch for screens, unfortunately.

How about a (what if) armor build, like an alternate history type thing. Take the leopard 1 or a leopard 2 or variant and apply a German WWII paint scheme to it, with proper SS Or Wehrmacht markings. That'd be neat as all hell and gone !!!
I built Tamiya 1/48 SU-122 tank. Fantastic kit, detailed kit but very easy to build and I loved it. Now I have Panzer IV, King Tiger, and M10 Tank Destroyer on shelf. I'm loving the 1/48 line but it's a bit expensive thus I buy only from deals and sales.
I built the 1/48 Sherman that Tamiya made in their miniatures line, as a little project during my holidays a few months back. Took about 2 days from start, and it's actually one of the better models I've ever done. :D
andy Why didnt you seperate the upper hull from the lower hull to paint tracks and wheels easier due to the side skirt blocking it? other then that great Job and congratulations on 15k subs. i always watch your videos before going to sleep lol
Hi Andy, Many thanks for another great video, I may change to Tamiya paints for some colours(Aussie spelling) for the black,brown,green scheme. Your builds are always inspiring to watch. Glad to hear the 'train' build is still in the works. Les
oh nice! i recently assembled a kv-1b of the same 1/48 line and it really is easy to build! purchased the jagdpanther and will get the kv-2 soon! definitely will get the type 10 later now that I've seen you do that as well.
Does the 1/48 series come with a crew member like the 1/35 series? Saw some on display at an expo but none have a crew with the tank so not sure if they did not put in or it comes without.
